- 500 ml of water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube


Instructions



1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, minced garlic, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the tapioca flour and baking powder.
3. Add the tapioca flour mixture to the ground beef mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs to the mixture and mix well.
5. Gradually add the ice cubes to the mixture, mixing well after each addition. The ice cubes will help to keep the meat mixture firm.
6. Using your hands, shape the meat mixture into small balls.
7. Bring the water and chicken bouillon cube to a boil in a large pot.
8. Add the meatballs to the pot and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
9. Serve the bakso hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
