Resep Nasi Goreng Mentega

Introduction

Instructions



1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken or shrimp and continue stir-frying until cooked through.
4. Push the ingredients to one side of the pan and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked, then mix them in with the other ingredients.
5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
6. Add the sweet soy sauce, salt, and pepper and continue stir-frying for another minute or so.
7. Add the butter and stir until melted and well combined.
8. Finally, add the chopped green onions and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
